I found the hotel to be quite nice overall, with a comfortable and clean room but with a few drawbacks like the smell of cigarettes and some cleanliness issues. The staff was friendly and helpful but could improve on certain aspects such as acknowledging spills. The location was okay, but the hotel seemed a bit crowded. The dining experience was good with a variety of options. The facilities were standard with nothing extraordinary.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a few issues like a strange smell and a dent in the bathroom door, but they were well-equipped with essential amenities like a microwave and refrigerator.
